Our aim is to support individuals and teams within your organisation at this challenging time.


Never more than now do employees need assistance with all the uncertainty and complexity of thriving through the pandemic. 

Our group virtual sessions can be chosen by a team member based on the recommendations of the line managers or personal opt in if the employee feels the session would be beneficial. 


We run these virtual sessions with up to 10 employees and the format includes:


  • An understanding of the session
  • Identifying common issues and feelings
  • Discussing the positive and negative effects
  • Highlighting current challenges
  • Top tips and tactics on how to navigate
  • Q & A


These short sessions are all about raising awareness whilst supporting your teams and individuals within your organisation.

 

Our next steps will include 30 min 1-2-1 sessions with employees who need more structured support in order to help them cope with particular difficulties they may face due to the current challenges of the pandemic.

These sessions like all of our coaching sessions are held on a confidential basis and aim to aid employees with the necessary tools to overcome their real-life challenges and the ambiguity they frequently face.
